At FINITY, we believe strong creative work begins with clarity, transparency, and mutual respect. These Terms of Services outline how we work, communicate, deliver projects, and manage collaborations with clients and partners. By working with FINITY or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Services
FINITY provides creative direction, motion design, VFX, branding, visual storytelling, digital design, and related creative services. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities for each project will always be defined separately through proposals, quotations, project documents, or written communication.
Services may include:
→ Creative direction and visual strategy
→ Motion design and animation
→ VFX and post-production
→ Brand identity and visual systems
→ Product visuals and digital assets
→ Presentation, campaign, and marketing content
Project Workflow
Project timelines depend on project scope, approvals, communication speed, and asset availability. Clients are expected to provide necessary references, feedback, and approvals within reasonable timelines to avoid delays.
FINITY reserves the right to adjust delivery schedules if delays occur due to:
→ Delayed client feedback or approvals
→ Missing project assets or references
→ Scope changes during execution
→ Technical limitations beyond reasonable control
Timeline & Cost Validity
The proposed costing for any project is based on the agreed scope, workflow structure, production schedule, and estimated timeline shared during proposal or onboarding stages.
Delays caused by late feedback, delayed approvals, multiple revision rounds, scope changes, extended project duration, or interruptions from the client side may impact resource allocation and production planning.
In such cases, FINITY reserves the right to revise delivery timelines, payment schedules, production priorities, or additional costing accordingly.
Payments & Invoicing
Most projects require an advance payment before work begins. Remaining balances are typically scheduled across milestones or due before final delivery, depending on project scale and duration.

Important payment terms:
→ Advance payments are non-refundable once work begins
→ Final deliverables may be withheld until pending dues are cleared
→ Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional charges
→ Delayed payments may affect timelines or pause active work
Payments may be accepted through bank transfer, UPI, or other mutually agreed methods.
Revisions & Approvals
FINITY believes in collaborative execution with structured feedback cycles. Revision limits, if applicable, will be defined during project onboarding or proposal stage.
Clients are encouraged to provide consolidated feedback whenever possible to maintain workflow efficiency.
Repeated directional changes after approval stages may be treated as additional work and billed separately.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
→ Final approved deliverables become the client’s property after full payment
→ FINITY retains ownership of unused concepts, explorations, working files, systems, and internal processes
→ Fonts, licensed assets, plugins, music, stock elements, or third-party resources remain subject to their original licenses →
Source files are not included unless explicitly mentioned in the proposal or agreement
→ FINITY reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, presentations, social media, or promotional materials unless restricted through a signed NDA agreement
Confidentiality
Any confidential project information, business discussions, unreleased materials, or internal assets shared during collaboration will be treated respectfully and responsibly.
Likewise, clients are expected to respect FINITY’s internal creative processes, methodologies, pricing structures, and proprietary systems.
Mutual NDAs can be signed when required.
Cancellation & Termination
Either party may choose to pause or terminate a project through written communication.
In such cases:
→ Advance payments already utilized remain non-refundable
→ Work completed until the termination point will be billed accordingly
→ Unpaid or unfinished work cannot be commercially used by the client
→ FINITY reserves the right to stop work in cases involving abusive behavior, repeated non-responsiveness, or payment failure
Limitation of Liability
While FINITY aims to deliver high-quality creative work and professional execution, we are not liable for indirect business losses, third-party platform issues, technical failures outside our control, or misuse of delivered assets after project completion.
Legal Jurisdiction
Any disputes related to FINITY services or agreements shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
External Platforms & Third-Party Assets
Projects may occasionally involve third-party platforms, APIs, stock assets, plugins, fonts, music, licensed resources, or cloud-based tools. Usage rights and restrictions for such assets remain subject to their original licensing terms. FINITY is not responsible for future changes, pricing revisions, licensing modifications, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

These Terms of Services may be updated periodically to reflect operational, legal, or service-related changes. Updated versions will be published on this page with the revised update date.
